The Newtech Dental Laboratory expansion was an 11,000 SF addition to an existing building previously built by Holz and Henry Inc., also built on a design / build basis. The project scope included a full site work and water drainage plan, underground utilities, engineered 2-tier wood trusses, custom millwork and laboratory countertops, EIFS exterior, 2-story aluminum storefront glass entry, vacuum suction system to all workstations, and full MEPFP systems installations.
