In 2017, Holz and Henry worked with Merion Golf Club to complete an exterior restoration of the Club House building facade. The challenge to this project was not only the proximity to and operational golf club facility and clientele but also the age of the building and the condition of the existing building facade. The project scope included the removal of existing stucco facade, roofing materials, windows, and misc. trims around the building. The new construction included EIFS with flashings and waterproofing materials, new windows, PVC trims, and new asphalt roofing.
