Senior Suites is a 3-story facility that contracted a full facility renovation with Holz and Henry through the course of an 8 month period and 4 phases. Each phase and portion of work had to be closely coordinated with Senior Suites staff to maintain constant resident care during construction but also to coordinate with their interior designers as each room was completed.

Renovation work consisted of: drywall partitions, ACT ceilings, custom millwork and cabinetry, natural and manmade countertops, food service equipment, new doors and frames, vinyl and wood floor covering, wallcovering, painting, lighting and electrical devices, plumbing systems, mechanical systems work, sprinkler and fire alarm work.

Renovations on the 1st and 2nd floors were made in all public spaces including the mail lobby entrance, all corridors, dining rooms, lounges, restrooms, theaters, salon, post office, offices, and medical support rooms.

The Reflections memory care unit also underwent an extensive renovation including activity rooms, nurses rooms, restrooms and lounge areas. 4 resident units were also renovated during the course of the facility renovation.
