The 840 Harleysville Pike project included a new, 11,000 SF pre-engineered building complete with a warehouse area and 1st and 2nd floor office spaces in Harleysville, PA. The existing building, the original Kellers Creamery building, and connected warehouse area was extensively renovated to house a PA District Courthouse and 10- future tenant spaces. The site work included new sanitary storm lines, water lines, the safe removal of a 10,000 gallon septic tank, complete property regrading, and parking lots.
